This week, FunOrb presents Virogrid, a (completely free) modern interpretation of the old Jagex game Slime Wars, itself based on a classic strategy game. Set in the same Kolonia 1 environment as TetraLink, two players take turns cloning or jumping pieces to capture territory and dominate the grid.

This Othello-esque strategy game is easy to pick up, but hard to master. The game can be played in hotseat or online multiplayer; online games can be either Rated or Unrated. Victory is achieved by having the most pieces left on the board at the end of the game.

You’ll want to play Rated games to earn any Achievements and to improve your ranking, which you can compare with your friends (and all FunOrb players) in the Highscores section of the website.
