Upon sign up, you agree to abide by these rules, please read them before you post.

1. No spamming
This is the posting of any worthless content. It includes:
1.1 Duplicate posts or topics.
1.2 Single word posts such as 'cool', 'lol', or '10/10'.
1.3 Meaningless off-topic posts.
1.4 Posting the same message repeatedly in a thread or across the forum.
1.5 Excessive use of smileys or images.
1.6 Fully capitalized posts.
1.7 Hijacking threads.
When members post in other people's topics in an attempt to change the subject or advertise for their benefit.
1.8 Advertising.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to advertise in any of your posts. You may link to websites related to the topic providing it is not your own website in an attempt to direct people away from FunOrb World, a competitor, or for your benefit.
1.9 Begging, or anything with "I got hacked/banned/scammed".
1.10 If a thread has been locked, do not complain or open a new one of similar origin.

2. No flaming
Violence, hatred, racism, abuse etc. Respect everyone.

3. No swearing
We permit MILD and INDIRECT cussing due to the nature of this community. However, obscene and abusive language will not be tolerated. Do not try to bypass the word censor.

4. No illegal content
This includes images and vulgar text. For example, pornography, racism, violence, hatred etc.

5. No advertising
- You may NOT advertise any other website or forum in your posts, via PM or encourage any member away from FunOrb World.
- "Discreet advertising" is prohibited and may result in an instant ban. This is where relevant discussion masks the advertising intent (for example, asking what members think about a competitor).
- Referral links are not tolerated whatsoever, and may result in an instant ban. If you are an experienced member, you will receive a formal warning.
- You may include a personal or non-profit website in your signature PROVIDING that it is not a competitor and/or registrable website (e.g. contains a forum); it is discreet; and does not make an attempt to direct members away from this website. E.g. "Leave FunOrb World, visit my website instead!".
- For any FunOrb or RuneScape-related website you include in your signature, the owner MUST link back to FunOrbWorld.com. If not, you are not permitted to include the link in your signature.

6. Posting Misconduct
6.1 No topic bumping.
You may do so only if the thread is less than 2 weeks old and if you have something useful to add.
6.2 Post in the correct forum.
Each forum has a title and description, so please read them carefully. If you are unsure where top post, PM a Mod or Admin.
6.3 No posting of like-topics.
Please perform a search before starting a new thread to see if it has not already been posted.
6.4 Misleading topic titles or links.
Do not post any misleading topic titles or links for attention.
6.5 No double posting
This involves adding a consecutive post straight after your last. If you have something to add, please EDIT your last post instead of making a new one. Double posting is allowed ONLY after 24 hours of the previous post if you wish to bump a thread.

7. Signatures & Avatars
7.1 Signatures
We allow any amount of text, spacing and images. However, the dimensions must be kept to 500x250 or less and the file size must be kept to 100KB or less. Signatures must not contain any content against the forum rules, and should not be distracting. Do not use anyone else's signature without the owner's consent, and do not steal anyone's work or take credit for it. We reserve the right to remove your signature if it breaks these rules, and you may be warned. If you have text in your signature, please do not make the size to big as this can be both distracting and annoying for members.

7.2 Avatars
Avatars should be 90x90 pixels or smaller. It must not break the forum rules, or be unsuitable for other members. You must not display a special pip in your avatar, this is considered impersonating.

8. No multiple accounts
Members are permitted to have a maximum of ONE account per person. Excess accounts will be removed. Also, you are not permitted to create another account if you have been banned.

9. Complaining About Rules/Mods/Actions
Do not question the actions of staff members or complain about these rules. Any posts debating the rules or the actions of moderators will be removed. If you have a complaint to make please contact an administrator.

10. Requesting to become a staff member
Do not ask to be a staff member or comment on the selection process. If you do this you will automatically be disqualified from becoming one. We choose who should become staff members.

11. No Gravedigging
Grave digging is not allowed. Grave digging simply means that you have posted in a topic that was created a long time ago and which no one posts in that topic anymore. When we say dead topic we mean one that hasn't been posted in for around 2 months at least. You must state why you brought the old "dead" topic back up.

12. Jagex Rules
Please follow the basic rules set by Jagex. This includes real world trading and scamming. You can find them here.

If you see anyone breaking these rules, please report it immediately. The offender will be warned, and if he/she continues, they will be banned.
